IntensityTier

One of the types of objects in Praat. An IntensityTier object represents a time-stamped intensity contour, i.e., it contains a series of (time, intensity) points. The intensity values are in dB.

IntensityTier commands

Creation:

From scratch:
Create IntensityTier...
IntensityTier: Add point...
Copy from another object:
Intensity: To IntensityTier: trivial copying of linearly spaced points.
Intensity & PointProcess: To IntensityTier...: copying interpolated values at specified points.
PointProcess: Up to IntensityTier...: equal values at specified points.

Viewing and editing:

IntensityTierEditor

Conversion:

IntensityTier: Down to PointProcess: copy times.
