If Iran
is only allowed to use nuclear facilities for civilian
purposes, not bombs, surely the same should apply to
other countries, such as the United Kingdom?
This concept goes by the name of the Non-Proliferation Treaty: it states an `unequivocal undertaking to accomplish the total elimination of their nuclear arsenals'.
Britain has signed this treaty.
