Get a table with bigrams and marginals form the selected HMMObservationSequence and the HMM.
The entry at row i and column j shows how often the j-th symbol follows the i-th symbol in the observation sequence.
The row and colum marginals for the first and the last element in the obsevation sequence will not be equal because there is no transition to the first and no transition from the last one.
