A command that creates a MFCC object from every selected Sound object.

The analysis proceeds in two steps:

1. We perform a spectrum analysis on a mel frequency scale (see Sound: To MelSpectrogram... for details).

2. We convert the melspectrogram values to mel frequency cepstral coefficients (see MelSpectrogram: To MFCC... for details).
