Poster layout
Posters should contain the title, authors' names and full addresses, including email and/or fax number, similar to the layout of the abstracts.
Please use large font type! The poster should be legible from a distance to permit viewing by more than one person at a time. To fit the poster boards, the maximum dimensions of the poster should be not more than 100 cm wide and 120 cm high. The availability
of handouts is recommended.
The posters are based on the paper (maximally 4 pages A4 of the prescribed formats) or on the abstract (maximally 1 page A4 of the prescribed formats), which will be published in the Workshop Proceedings. The authors will have to give a 3-minute presentation
at the poster sessions (maximally 10 presentations per session) on Thursday morning (12:00 until 12:30), or Thursday afternoon (16.45-17.15), or Friday morning (11:15
until 11:45), or Friday afternoon (16.00-16.30) to promote their poster for the subsequent poster tour, included in the program as well.
