You can construct all files in the "words" directory by running

> make -f ConstructDistances.makefile all

You can download (almost) all of the literature and construct the
Literature/Literature.html file with the command:

> perl GetURLsfrombbl.pl > Literature/Literature.html

This will take a lot of time and bandwidth

AFTER building all of the pdf's

Build the multiple bibliographies (using the \lecture
macro's Monday-Friday) with

> ./runmultibibtex LOTwinterschool2006
(several times if needed)
