HOW TO REACH THE MPI?

Bus
The MPI Institute is easy to reach with public transport. There are several buses which go from
the station to the university campus. The nearest bus stop is in front of the Tandheelkunde (Dentistry)
building (see university map). Here you have to get off the bus and walk to the Institute (for a short distance).
The following buses go from Central Station to the University (MIND RECENT CHANGES!):

bus 55, direction Cuyk
bus 6, direction Brabantse Poort
bus 10, direction Heyendaal
bus 83, direction Venlo
bus 54, direction Grave

The Central Station is not a terminus stop for these buses. Make sure to get on the correct bus with the correct
number and in the correct direction. To get to the Institute ask for "Tandheelkunde" (Dentistry). Also see the map.
Get off at "Tandheelkunde". Walk in the driving direction of the bus. Then you arrive at a T-junction.
Follow "Erasmuslaan" to the left. Take the first street on your right. You pass the aula of the Radboud University
and also a barrier. The white-stoned building that you can now see through the trees is the MPI Institute.
Follow the pavement which leads you to the entrance.
See also http://www.mpi.nl/world/maps/uni.html.

TAXI
When you prefer to take a taxi, it costs approximately 10 EURO to get from the station to the Institute.
(You can either get a taxi at the taxi stand next to the station or you can phone for one.
It is also possible to make use of the so-called 'trein-taxi'. This allows you to take a taxi for Euro 4,-
to go anywhere in Nijmegen, if you arrive by train. You can buy a ticket for this taxi by showing your train ticket
at the ticket window at the station.

The MPI also has free car parking facilities.

Please check out the website of the MPI http://www.mpi.nl for more information about the location,
accomodation facilities etc.
